As a high-volume seller a money back guarantee is optional upon payment for all paypal users Optional Money Back Guarantee Details Here. For all non-paypal customers only you are entitled to a full refund less shipping costs if item is mailed back within 1 week of receiving item. Item must be in the EXACT brand new condition it was received along with your invoice number and reason for return. No preapproval necessary. For items returned over $100, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. All sales on replacement bulbs are final.
